Nick was able to find a HELOC for me when no one else could find anything, worked with me through the whole transaction, and was incredibly responsive. The rates can't be beat and the service is fantastic. Highly reccomended.

Now that the market is so tough and money is tight, Nick can still do many loans in less than 30 days while other mortgage people are requiring 45 to 60 days. He made the whole process a lot easier, helped my fiancé and I every way he could, and got us a great rate.
