Wow! Thank you thank you! The inspection was a great idea. I have never done prior because in many cases to gain the property quickly and firm up the deal. It's true, nothing good comes without a little elow grease. We were fortunate to hire Kris for our inspection and he was nothing but phenomenal. This was definitely a great experience. Kris came over from the company, and showed me in detail all the parts of the home that needed some attention and care.
