just had our 1 year Tarion inspection done by Joel Turgeon. we are blown away by the amazing quality and attention to detail in the report. I would recommend them to everyone.

We used Legacy for our home inspection and had Julian. He was on time, did a very thorough inspection of the house. He communicated all minor & major suggestions for the property and explained them in a way anyone could understand. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Legacy got back to us very quickly for a quote and easily scheduled the inspection. They were very reasonable on the price compared to other companies. Would definitely recommend Julian and Legacy to anyone for a home inspection!
