If you are ever assigned Legacy Home Comfort as your contractor through a home warranty company, save yourself the frustration and immediately request a new contractor. Legacy Home Comfort was assigned as our contractor and Ivan was our technician. Our initial service request was on 5/31/22. It is now 9/2/22, and the fan motor in our air conditioner is still not fixed. The home warranty company shipped the part to Legacy Home Comfort on three separate occasions. The heat stopped in the house. Ivan came out on schedule, and quickly discovered and solved the problem. He also discovered the source of a squeak in the system that had been unrelated to the problem, and fixed it. He was friendly and professional with us.

Terrible and poor service. Poor communication from the beginning to the end. Owner reached out to me after I gave them a poor review and said he will decline my claim. He stated my poor review was “a threat”. I have requested my home warranty never send out this company for future work. He claimed he was a “technician” but did not bring any tools or diagnostic tools to give me any sort of feedback as to what was causing the problems.
