Funeral director Kathy here is amazing! She is super helpful and really cares about the families whom are mourning their loved one. She did everything she could to ensure we were well taken care of. Our family has never been disappointed with our services here on the south side. However the Wasilla location is a complete 180 and I’d avoid that location at all costs! A funeral home is the worst possible place to be unprofessional. They cremated my grandfather without giving us the ability to attend our private viewing, essentially without our consent. We trusted Ken as our funeral director, as well as the funeral home in itself to take care of him and give us the chance to say goodbye one last time.
