A funeral home is the worst possible place to be unprofessional. They cremated my grandfather without giving us the ability to attend our private viewing, essentially without our consent. We trusted Ken as our funeral director, as well as the funeral home in itself to take care of him and give us the chance to say goodbye one last time.
