Very nice guy. As a woman, I’ve unfortunately had some awkward experiences with contractors… might not want to further explain what’s wrong to me or they might immediately ask for my husband. However, the young man who fixed our heater was excellent! He explained it easily and was very nice. Didn’t try to upsell, but was honest about what would likely need to be done in the future. I also love that it was clearly a family business!
Legacy techs were professional and thorough. Will definitely use them for future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
Nick & Nolan were courteous, on time, knowledgeable..... they represented their father's business well!!!
I have used this company several times and they are prompt, courteous, and reasonable! They do a great job and stand behind their work. I have an older furnace and they have always been able to fix it. Never once have they tried to pressure me into upgrading. They have given advice on the remaining life of my system and an estimate of future repairs that may be required. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Philip, his son Nick, and the Legacy team have been helping us with our HVAC needs for a few years. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, respectful, and do excellent work at a fair price. They are experts with boilers and radiant heat systems. We’ll continue to use them in the future!
