AUG-25 Update. Came home from vacation to a dead AC unit. Called Legacy again and they sent Skylar to diagnose issue the same day. After parts arrived, Octavio was able to repair my AC units cool and I am up and running again. Professional office staff and service techs. Always reliable and always on time. Highly recommend. 8/12/25 Today around 3 pm we noticed our AC was not working and the temp in the house was 80 deg. We placed a call to Amber at Legacy and she assured us our service technician would arrive soon. At 3:11 we received at text advising Kyle Rowling was in the area and would arrive shortly. He arrived around 3:30 and promptly assessed the problem and had the unit back up and running by 4 pm. The service call was prompt and efficient very professional
I use Legacy Home Services whenever I have an AC or Heating concern. In the past, they have installed an entire HVAC system. They have also replaced my ducts and dampers. I also use them for regular maintenance. Their technicians are superb…friendly, knowledgeable and ethical. I trust them in my house with no supervision although someone does have to be at home (their policy). I always know they will be fair on their pricing too. A great company to do business with!
Richard was our first point of contact in person after contacting Legacy Heating and Air. This was 45 minutes after our call to this company on a Sunday afternoon. Richard was very knowledgeable about air conditioning systems, and was very quick to determine exactly what was wrong with our current system.
