This company owns a "care facility" that they do not care about. They are horrible, greedy people who do not take care of their employees or their patients. If you have a loved one and you actually love them, DO NOT let them live in an Acantara facility. My father is currently in one of their facilities, and it should literally be shut down. This company has 0 compassion. Working out financial arrangements for my father going into a nursing home. The Legacy representative approved a monthly deduction for his life insurance payment. I was working with the same representative throughout the process. After multiple confirmations and months of the arrangement being approved the same representative from legacy stopped allowing the payment without any notification causing a lapse in the life insurance policy that my father paid YEARS into.
