This company has 0 compassion. Working out financial arrangements for my father going into a nursing home. The Legacy representative approved a monthly deduction for his life insurance payment. I was working with the same representative throughout the process. Lieberman Center of Legacy of Skokie, IL — My experience was literally life-threatening because: 1) they were not adhering to the basic Safety Protocol for COVID-19 🦠. 2) they depend on substitute Agency nursing personnel for 50% of their Nursing Care workers 3). they pay the substitutes more than they pay their full-time employees. Their full-time employees have served for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years yet still are paid less per hour than the substitute agency staff. You can never get a hold with anyone from corporate. When you call they only allow you to leave a message, I have left three over past two weeks. I am calling in regards to a rmfs account and funds not transferred.
