Our nursing facility recently switched with Legacy Healthcare. And I will tell you this they are screwing us royally!!!! Because of their cooperate greed, they are taking away everything from us staff and slowly taking things away from residents. I am now getting a feeling that they are only caring about themselves and how much they can save, and fill up their pockets at the end of the day!! This company has 0 compassion. Working out financial arrangements for my father going into a nursing home. The Legacy representative approved a monthly deduction for his life insurance payment. I was working with the same representative throughout the process. After multiple confirmations and months of the arrangement being approved the same representative from legacy stopped allowing the payment without any notification causing a lapse in the life insurance policy that my father paid YEARS into. Lieberman Center of Legacy of Skokie, IL — My experience was literally life-threatening because: 1) they were not adhering to the basic Safety Protocol for COVID-19 🦠. 2) they depend on substitute Agency nursing personnel for 50% of their Nursing Care workers 3). they pay the substitutes more than they pay their full-time employees. Their full-time employees have served for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years yet still are paid less per hour than the substitute agency staff.
