I had a 2024 Road Glide with 3400 miles on it I was having issues with the motor it still had factory warranty and I had extended warranty I took it in they didn't even diagnose it and refused to work on it then flagged it in the system as having after market items on it whoch it didn't and wanted me to pay for all the work outta pocket I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from these guys I had to take it to another Dealership that did do all the work and correct what Legacy messed up they did some shady stuff
I did a road trip from Ventura, CA to Fort Worth, TX. I left yesterday from Fort Worth to head back and my Dyna started having some issues. I pulled in to this dealership and Chris in service was AWESOME!!! He got my bike right in after he found out I was on the road. He was very thorough and went above and beyond. Thank you, Chris. If I was local this would be my dealership 100%. I highly recommend. Bike was fixed and is running better than before.
Eric and the staff was awesome!!! They was very informative about my bike purchase!!! Thier hospitality was amazing as well!!
Amazing people. I have thought several new bikes and have had a wonderful experience every time. Legacy has a great accessories section and amazing parts department. The staff will do just about anything to get you where you need to be on your new or current Harley
