Great experience! From the showroom (Andrew & Tina) listened to what I was looking for, in a hardwood floor. Explored different options, in their showroom, took home a few samples, that were a “good” choice. Upon returning the samples, Tina had a sample, that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. How many places even think about you once you are out the door?!? We recently had our hickory hardwood floors refinished by Legacy Hardwoods. We initially were thinking of other options including total replacement. Andrew and Tina visited our home to take measurements. Andrew immediately said “you need to just refinish these floors because they are going to come back to life”. There was zero upsell pressure. We recently worked with Legacy Hardwoods to replace all the flooring in our home. The existing flooring on our main level was completely replaced with a natural hardwood, and we are 100% satisfied with the results.
