I was in such bad shape when I went to this gym and the Trainer Was kind enough to listen to all of the problems I was having He made a specific plan for me to get healthier no other Gym cared. All they could do was read from a laundry list of exercises that they wanted me to do that I couldn’t do because of my injuries I will never go anywhere else. These people rock totally.

The owner is an incredible trainer and coach. He has been helping me fix muscular imbalances, undo years of improper training techniques I have picked up along the way, and encouraging me to push my limits without injuring myself for the sake of ego.
