A big shout out to Keith and Jake, who were incredibly compassionate and caring during my MRI. I appreciated how they provided options for me to get comfortable and talked me through the whole experience. I also received my results quickly, in just under 2 hours.
Clinical staff are consistently rude and disrespectful. They lack empathy, compassion, grace and class. Avoid unless an absolute emergency. They are horrible.
No signs saying that torch lighters are not allowed, yet they told me I would have to take mine outside and they refused to put it with 2 knives that I had with me. Also, security lied directly to my face when I asked where I was supposed to go for x-rays that my doctor had ordered, saying that I should stay at the ER, rather than telling me to go to the radiology building. I had two scans and received the interpreted results within two hours. The staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.
