Best hospital service I've used.
This practice has been great for many years and is in no way a reflection of my 1 star review. Instead, this is in reference to a recent encounter with a very unsophisticated male scheduler who was very confrontational and not helpful at all over the phone. Eventually had to come in person to resolve my situation since he refused to help me further with my scheduling needs. I am not making this up, he actually hung up on me. Seriously rude person…
I have not seen a primary care doc in 14 months. I won't be able to see one until next year. Even though I have long term medical needs that REQUIRE labs every three months. So I have no primary doctor, no quality of care, every single time I have to see someone for lab follow up it's a new person who knows nothing. I used to see Dr. Lan. When he left, his replacement was completely unfamiliar with my history. When I scheduled an appointment to address a recurring issue, the new doctor said I was taking too long and left in the middle of the exam. Eventually her manager came in and said I would need to speak to a specialist about my concerns.
I had Dr Lan and have been going here for 11 years because of him. Because he left I had to change drs, I waited months for a Dr to become available. Prior to getting a new one I had to go in and watched the Dr I was given Google my symptoms and paid $300 for that appt. I finally got my the new Dr who took her sweet time asking about things I didn’t even bring up. Because she took longer than the 30 mins I was charged an additional $300 for 20 extra mins.
