This place has been blowing me off regarding a serious nightmare disorder for years now. My doctors, myself and the downstairs staff had no clue why this receptionist won’t call me to confirm ANY OF MY VOICEMAILS AND. ALLS TO THEM, but I have NEVER received a call or reply to my calling in for two years now. Don't go here. I had a sleep study mid- March. I still don't have results. I was told it will be another 2-3 weeks. This is not acceptable. I heard this is typical for this location. :-(
I tried to get in touch with someone regarding test results and it took three weeks for anyone to get back to me, and only after I left a 4th voicemail stating the lack of communication was leading me to consider finding care elsewhere. The person who finally called me, was so rude and stated they have called me back and left messages and said the messages answered all of my questions...I never received any calls or voicemails. It obviously was not a matter of calling the wrong number because this person was able to reach me... read more
My personal experience..I arrived when it looked to be getting busy but I was greeted and processed professionally. All my questions were answered by the Dr and she addressed any concerns as well.
