I arrived at 6:30 am on the 4th floor as my fiance(K) had been scheduled for surgery at 7:00am. When I talked to K she related that a nurse had been in the process of helping her use a bedpan when she abruptly stopped and told her to just go in your diaper. K had no choice as with her spinal problems she was unable to do anything else. K had now been in soiled undies for over two hours.
