I must say I have been to this urgent care twice. As long as you have a broken bone or a cough its great. If you have anything that requires a lab test, that is where it becomes a nightmare for the person who is uncomfortable and in pain. Took my daughter here on Saturday at noon and they had to run a test that was picked up that night and was told we would have the results Sunday morning. I love Dr. Rogalette. I've seen her 3 times between my daughter and I. I definitely feel like she talks on a personal level, she doesn't rush through and she has never once been rude (which is hard to find). This lady is my absolute favorite. Thank you, Emily!

The staff were so friendly. There is a new nurse that said she started at this location this week and she did great with my 2 year old through her x-rays. They went above and beyond to make sure she was entertained and not so upset. I'm a single mom and they even helped me with my bags when my hands were full. Wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.
