My wife and myself ended up at the Urgent Care after testing positive for Covid. I was reluctant but ended up pleasantly surprised by the care we received that first visit. The clinic was spotless, staff was friendly and efficient, the PA made us feel more at ease and never made us feel like we were being rushed through. All of this was done without an appointment. Worst experience in my life seeking medical care. All the staff had an arrogant attitude like I was interrupting their morning coffee. I had an appointment! Deal with it! The most unprofessional staff and I will never go there again.
The practitioner was affable, knowledgeable and professional. The wait time was very short. Highly recommend
I have only been to one other urgent care and I would go back to this one over the other. I found everyone to be attentive, caring and helpful.
