RecommendedThe staff who did the procedure were exceptional. I can only remember 2 of the names, Ashley and Suzanne. Can't remember the PA's name but she was caring and gentle, explained everything beforehand and asked if I had any questions or issues to discuss.

They unfortunately deal with a lot of people who majority are not kind, and never ONCE have I seen a staff member lose their cool. Kudos to these ladies. Thank you so much!!

RecommendedDespite having to wait over 2 hours for a scheduled Covid test for my young son it was a very good experience. The staff seemed to be working very well together despite the large number of patients that came in as well as having to monitor and call an ambulance for someone in need. I was incredibly amazed at the nurse. Who was coordinating check in, instructing and collecting test samples, as well as running outside in the cold, to discuss covid precautions with someone.
