People & Service Great! Billing Sucks!!!!!!!!! Gave CC #, expecting Statement. They Have addy, fone & email. A week after stitches out received email Advising of “Payment Plan” & Charge to be billed in 2days!!? No Statement, only Patient ID # Which is useless attempting to access website!! Long holds- no response on CSR fone line. There was a former patient at desk, when went back second time. She complaining abt Billing & Fone CSRs. Now I know why!! ~ PO’d Patient
Not a long wait for a walk in, and absolutely amazing staff!! From Camille at the front desk who got a prescription approved and is my hero, and the RN that took such amazing care of me!! Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart!!
Camille was amazing. My grandson is visiting and developed a ear infection and bad sore throat with fever and rapid pulse. She was calm, reassuring and effortless in taking care of his needs. The provider was just as attentive and reassuring to our needs. Even though it was close to closing we were not rushed in n out. Just the opposite we we ask to stay to see if the vitals were going to stabilize. Thanks Camille n Elizabeth
