Where do we start...cancelled events, no refunds, no credits, no communication. But they say “we have your best interests in mind.”

We are super disappointed on how Legacy has handled tournament cancellations during this pandemic. They do not respond to any correspondence and have gone completely dark. Such poor reflection on this company and their leadership. During a time like this is when companies should be looking out for their customers not their bottom line.

I'm truly disappointed in Legacy and their handling of tournament communications through COVID. The tournament management is outrageous. Hiring PSE to manage hotels in Rochester and then not being guaranteed a hotel as late as the day the tournament begins is inexcusable. Additionally, no one from Legacy even tried to help. All you are out for is money! This company is terrible.

With more than two months to go before an event, we had to cancel. This company had not registered for the event and had not finalized flight or hotel reservations but is telling us they’re keeping $600 of our money as a cancellation fee. Our friends, who also had to cancel, only paid a $200 cancellation fee. Again, the company told us that they had not registered for the event and had incurred no expenses for flight or hotel. It’s absolute robbery. Very bad business. We’ll absolutely make sure we tell everyone in our Southe... read more
