I own a Jayman built home in legacy . I've been living in for almost 2 years now . The after sales service of jayman built is pathetic . Their service manager ,Ethan is more interested in getting your signature before the warranty job has been completed . absolutely pathetic after sales
After two months of designing our dream home with Jayman BUILT, we encountered a major setback. Tanya Durkic, our contact throughout the process, called us to inform us that the developer’s map was incorrect, and unfortunately, the house we had designed would no longer fit on the lot. Instead of offering viable solutions or alternatives, Tanya seemed uninterested in helping us resolve the issue. Her communication was frustratingly vague.
