Poorly managed. No accountability. Unsympathetic and lazy. My first night at freedom i was awakened by a patient screaming *uc* up and down the hallway because he couldnt get his medication for his rls. Patients would have to remember their prescription schedule and go to the nurses station to get it or they would miss it.
