Bought a used vehicle, came with a “mechanical inspection” 4 months later started making noises while turning and 5 months later I brought it into the mechanics and the whole front end needed done. The axel boots were completely split open and there was no grease left in them at all making it pretty obvious there would’ve been some issues with it prior to the inspection. They say “nothing they can do about it” because I didn’t buy the premium warranty package that costs an arm and a leg.

Mark and Luc were amazing! they searched a while until they found the perfect truck for me. The whole experience was low key and fun. Last one in the family to buy from Legacy Ford and can’t believe I waited so long! Thanks for all the help and patience with my long wish list. Ended up getting a great truck at a great price!
