I have purchased several vehicles from other dealerships and purchasing one from Legacy was the most stressful and worse experience ever. They asked what we were looking for in monthly payments SEVERAL times and each time they came back with almost double what we said we were looking for. Awful service from the sales and repairs department. I dropped my f150 off for transmission service and the service advisor would never respond to my texts so I got to a point where'd I call every day to get some kind of info I had this back and forth for a month then the warranty declined to cover (not their fualt) but the back and forth was terrible and draining. Was assured that I had everything lined up and was told all I needed to do was go to finance office to sign papers. Waited over an hour and a half just to get into finance office to then spend 10 minutes signing papers. They also spent 10 minutes unsuccessfully trying to make me sign a ford credit app even though I was paying cash and told me some lie about it being for my protection. Service ends when you decide to buy. I would not buy here again Travis Read
