Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was very nervous when I first joined, it had been a VERY long time since I had been to a gym. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, whether it’s your first day or 1000th day. My favorite part is there are all levels of fitness! If there is an exercise you have troubles with or an injury, the trainers always have a modification (and they don’t make you feel bad for asking). The trainers themselves are passionate about what they do and it shows!
Before Legacy, I was not a gym person. From day 1 everyone (coaches and attenders) made me feel welcome and helped me along the way. Maranda met me where I was at with nutrition and helped me make one small change at a time turning it into a lifestyle. By far the hardest part is walking through the door the first day. Thanks Legacy!
Love this gym. The group atmosphere is always so motivating and inspiring. The work-outs are challenging but always different, dynamic and fun! Griffin (and the other coaches!) really care about your progress and help you to reach your goals! 10/10 would recommend.
