This gym truly embodies what a community should be. The coaches are incredible—supportive, motivating, and inspiring. I’m so proud to be a member!
Sam is a creep. He asked for my daughter’s IG during a training sesh. She’s 17 and she told him this and he said “how long until you’re 18?” And proceeded to laugh. I told him get me the manager and he said he was him like a joke saying “I’m himmmm” Told me to calm down it was a joke. I don’t think that’s funny.
I heard this gym brings gospel music and exercise together. I’m in Orlando, nearly 3 1/2 hrs away. Can you bring this gym to Orlando?

El entrenador muy profesional y pendiente de tu desarrollo en todo el circuito,fui por invitación de una amiga que es de nivel avanzado y su apoyo fue muy importante para cumplir casi toda la rutina, excelente ambiente para motivación y cuidarnos tanto el cuerpo como la mente, al salir sientes mucha energía !!!!
This is the best gym I’ve ever trained at. Coaches are very professional, super committed and I feel I’m really exercising.
