We purchased a home (traded land and cash) was told the home was livable. Duke Kept pushing the dates further out for home to be delivered. Times kept changing as well. His Communication sucks. He hangs up on you. We then got house put together and water pipes were all broken/needing to be replaced, along with power in a few rooms not working, said he would fix the power issues but Keeps giving us round abouts, again when we call he (Duke) answers then hangs up and is very rude.
