0/5 stars recommend. Awful company with awful disgusting humans! They start off making all kinds of promises and then ghost you and send you a termination letter. I had to file a complaint with BBB, and the attorney general for NV, AZ and my state to get them to let me out of my payments. 100/10 recommend filing complaints if you are in any form of contract with them as well.

This is a scam! Mary Ann appears to be helpful but no follow-up and I am on the hook to the financial company. After being ripped off by time share now Legacy Exit group. I guess I was an easy target!

From my experience with this place they seem maybe shady or at least very unprofessional as they don't answer their phone and want to do business by text.

Paid them $7000 and they guaranteed they would get me out. Legacy Exit Group sent a letter to Wyndham on my behalf. Legacy notified me that Wyndham refused to answer them. I pointed out they had the wrong account number on the letter. They canceled me and refused to refund any part of my $7000.
