Since The Conor group took over, it has been a complete joy living here again. Traci, Taylor and Nick in the front office are remarkable. They also have a really good maintenance team now so maintenance requests actually get handled on a timely manner. Property stays clean. Landscape is maintained and they redid all the pedestrian gates, front and back gates so its all fully operable and working correctly. The gym was also remodeled and looks awesome! I really enjoyed living here. My lease is about to end, and I’m moving far from the area for other reasons, but I would truly like to highlight that since the new management took over, I have zero complaints! Whenever you submit a repair request, it gets handled quickly. The leasing office staff are kind and polite, and the neighborhood is secure and clean, I mean, it’s great!! I also had the pleasure of meeting Taylor Gonzalez, who helped me very quickly with a request, super kind and supportive. She is amazing!

Taylor made moving in a breeze. She went above and beyond by putting a pass in my car because it arrived before I did. They’re very friendly and give you all the information you need to make moving smooth.

We have lived here 3 years and cannot say enough good things about the NEW management team! The complex is always clean and the amenities have all been updated. Any time we submit a maintenance request it’s addressed quickly and the staff is always polite. It has been a breath of fresh air since Traci took over with her team!

Legacy Estates at Frisco (formerly Legends at Legacy) was recommended by a dear friend. Once my family and I visited the property, we made an immediate decision to move here.
