I just finished up 3 months of cleaning up my parents home in Florida. I am thrilled with the care, follow-up and professionalism of this entire team. They do what they say! I worked with them from a distance and felt that I was in the hands of an honest, truthful business the whole time. I would hire this team again if the situation necessitates closing an estate.

I would not give them any stars. I tried to purchase lanterns and was told they were saved. Did not state it was a holding area. The women I complained to said she had to find a price. If the woman had taken them with her to the cashier, they would have known the prices. Plus, one of your employees said that you do not negotiate the prices. So why did they negotiate with her? Very scary, while they advertise being compliant with Coevid mandated guidelines, there were none in place...everyone crowded together, lined up back to back, and when I said something, you would think I had 3 heads...The man running the sale was going to let 25 people in a tiny house all at once until I spoke to him...older people with walkers, etc., it's business practices and events like this which will keep this pandemic going!!

Not following social distancing guidelines at last sale I went to. Good prices though.
