Love this place and the professionals that work here! Check-in is quick and pleasant, the nurse is so friendly and helpful. Dr Murphy is easy to talk to and took great care of us, they even followed up with me to make sure I was able to get my kids prescription filled. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best care I've ever received. It was my first trip to any hospital or ER so I was nervous and they did a great job making me feel better. Would highly recommend over waiting at a hospital, they were very quick and made us comfortable.
Never again. Nurses were very nice but the doctor asked my wife to go someplace else when she questioned his diagnoses. I'm still in disbelief. Turns out, it wasn't an "ear ache," doc. Turning away a scared mother and advising themy to go elsewhere is, in my opinion, as unprofessional as it gets. You should be ashamed of yourself...
Great place to go to. Front desk is always pleasant and check in was fast. The nurses are caring. Dr. Murphy is great and knows what he is doing! I took my cousin there for a cut on her finger, she was scared of needles but they were gentle and talked her all the way through the numbing process and placing of the stitches. Good to know people are still considerate and care about the patient and there feelings. Great service for a $10 Urgent Care Copay! City of McKinney employees should come here for fast great service.
