The front desk lady was nice, but the medical staff and doctor were very rude. They constantly cut me off as I tried to explain my symptoms and the reason for my visit. No bedside manner whatsoever. I had to have follow-up visits with another doctor to eventually solve my issue when I feel like the medical team here at Legacy ER could have resolved it if they had just listened and tried to understand my situation rather than just jump to conclusions.

Would call ahead to ask doctor on duty and would not go if Dr. Dinkins is on call. You will see him for 10 sec and he will be out the door after a careless evaluation.
