Overall, good service, but was severely disappointed by the lack of transparency with how much the visit would cost. At the front, they claim I’d be considered under urgent care, which my insurance claims for $40. Instead, I was charged with $150 when I was checking out. When questioned, they said because of the additional X-ray scans and brace given to you, we had to charge extra, which should’ve been disclosed at the beginning. Went with Severe headache & Nausea, misdiagnosed my Dr Phil as Covid!! Ended up in hospital ER two days later with brain hemorrhage!!

This place is a total rip off from my experience. I went there with a mild abdomen pain and they took regular vitals and non dye CT scan. They charged me hefty $3000, which could be done under $500 in any other facility. These guys under banner of ER just loot you. They are never doing a service. My visit was on prime day time 10am. They say the cared me for ER level 4. I was never administered any immediate care like bleeding or oxygen or any such service.

Great service. Dr. Discovered what eas wrong with me and took action immediately. I am very thankful to all nurses and Dr. Who assisted me there that day.
