Such a bad experience! Was never diagnosed nor checked and had to pay just because I checked in! Can’t believe they weren’t able to waive any fees.

I had UTI symptoms and decided to go to Legacy ER and urgent care on Frisco location. What a mistake I made. First they collected 500 dollars up front. They kept me waiting for a good 20 minutes when there were no other patients in front of me. Then they got me to a room take my vitals, a urine sample and make me wait another 15 minutes. Finally a doctor showed up, saw me for 5 minutes, prescribed antibiotics and sent me home. A week or two later I got a bill for another $1300. Then got another one for $300.
