I was having terrible symptoms the other night & they did covid flu strep and urine test and nothing else. They told me I had a sinus infection and could possibly have Covid even though it was negative. Didn’t do any bloodwork or anything like that. I ended up being hospitalized for 3 days after I went to another ER later that night due to the pain I was having, turns out I was septic. I work for an orthopedic doctor here in Frisco and Legacy ER is the only Urgent Care that we recommend. Great x-rays and y’all give them disks which NEVER happens anywhere else. I know I will always get good care there.

The staff were all awesome. The doctor was great. And the nurses were too. I strongly recommend it.

I paid $500 on the night of the visit , I was told that the insurance will not cover costs and this is out of my deductible. 3 weeks later I received a new bill for $197.76. When I called them and asked about this charge they said this is the physician’s charge and what you paid for on the night of the visit was a facility charge. These costs were never explained to me on the night of my visit and I was told you just have to pay $500. Be careful , looks like a rip off center to me. Never going back.
