My experience at Legacy ER Frisco was extremely disappointing and left me questioning the professionalism and ethics of the staff. The most concerning part of the visit was the conduct of the front office nurse. Rather than showing empathy or focusing on patient care, the conversation immediately centered around how expensive the visit would be and what it could potentially cost. I arrived at Legacy ER around 9:30 am. Had about a 10-15 minute wait before taken back. All exams and questions were done quickly and I was out in about 55 minutes. Have been there several times and would recommend it to others.

I have had plantar fasciitis for a few months and I felt a pop in my heel when dancing. So painful. I went here to see what was going on (tear or rupture) but they don't have an MRI machine, only Xray. Also, the doctor never looked at or touched my foot. He referred me to an orthopedic doc and did not prescribe anything for pain. Just Ibuprofen. Received crutches and a boot and sent me on my way. My fiancé visited yesterday. He had a very deep cut in his arm. We had cleaned it up and tried our best to bandage it. We were also concerned about getting infected. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism and care. He said the doctor was wearing jeans, super casual and spent less than a minute with him. Basically said we had done a good job, gave him a tetanus shot and sent him on his way. The wound is still very open and the skin glue we’ve tried to use isn’t doing the job.
