Called to start PCP, I have a need for an urgent diagnostic mammogram referral due to symptoms. I just moved back to Portland and have to have a PCP to get a new referral. The woman on the phone was impersonal, rude, no better than a bot -- not there to actually help. I was told I couldn't be seen until next AUGUST!!! hat is next year and not for NINE MONTHS. I was told they take my insurance, waited months to get into see a PCP and the day before my appoint they call me to tell me they don't take my insurance.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a decade. The front office / phone staff is phenomenal. Especially Aaron and Sylvia, who have been there the whole time I have. The MA’s are great and I’ve been very impressed with the new MA’s who I’ve worked with recently. Extremely helpful and good natured, no matter how grumpy I am because I don’t feel good. My doctor is semi-retiring, but he promises he is leaving me in good hands. I believe him :)
