The worst ER experience I have ever had, and I grew up in Florida where I've experienced some bad ER visits. After visiting Legacy Urgent Care (on Williams, nice folks, would recommend again) they gave me a referral for a CT scan since they couldn't do it there. After heading to this ER (a few blocks away), I get seen by a triage nurse who I tell that I was just at urgent care and they sent a referral for what needs done. This comment is for my 8/24/'25 visit. I'm a 66 year old white male, I have COPD according to the doctors of this hospital. I have gone to this ER on numerous occasions over the last 15 years,and it is always for the same thing. I seem to develop an infection in my lungs that cause shortness of breath and making it hard to breathe. The nurses here are very nasty to me it takes them hours after hours to do anything to helps me I pull the call bell and they don't come but they show attention to the white patient and I Black I have severe pain in both of my legs and feet toes and the medicine they give me doesn't work

Front desk is not helpful, rude, and clearly doesn’t care about anyone but themselves and their co workers. What a poor excuse for service. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Rude to everyone that walks in, told a patient his name wasn’t called when I was standing there when the doctor called his name while he was outside. Specifically speaking about the two blonde women working on Saturday Avoid at all costs, I would rather die on the street than go here again
