I had to bring my husband here, many times due to heart condition, it’s always been good, nice people till today! They treated people like they didn’t exist! Yes I do plan on making a complaint! If anyone of those so called humans cares? I gotta do research & get him someplace else.
The ED personnel are great. Patients with serious issues get seen first. Fevers, sprained snkles,etc., wait their turn. Come in with stroke or heart attack symptoms jump to the front of the line. Be grateful if you aren't seen first: those people are in danger of dying
This is a really nice hospital.
They saved my life after a major GI bleed. The staff were all very good, supportive and kind. There were a four of nurses (Ian, Molly, Mich and Marie), plus a CNA (Mohamad) who went above and beyond and deserve exceptional ratings. The building is older, but everything was spotless and every effort was made to help me feel safe and co.fortable, despite being too far from home to have family present.
