The staff are beyond professional, courteous and friendly. The owner is personable and the pricing is on point. Your disappointment will not be found here. They sized my watch and were eager to maintain personal conversation.
We brought in mine and my husband's wedding bands to be resized, cleaned, and fix some prongs on mine. The turn around time was amazing, the price was affordable, and the overall service was great! Anytime we have jewelry needs, we will only go here!
They were wonderful. I needed a couple of watch batteries replaced and they had them within an hour and I wasn’t expecting to be ready same day. Customer service was excellent and friendly as well!!
I asked them if they could fix the battery in my watch and they originally said they would have it done before they close and I asked if they could do it sooner and they got it done in 15 min !
I love my girl Avis. I went to get rid of a diamond ring I’ve had and she was able to get me a pricing and payout a fair amount for it.
