Today is july 17 th a week ago at a different eye clinic i had a exam and was told i need catarack surgery in both eyes. They sent referal and eye exam results to Emanuel clinic. I called yesterday after waiting 6 days with no response. I was told it takes time to respond. I was transferred to a recording and gave my info. And was told it would be another 8 to 10 day before they would get back to me and make a appointment. I need surgery now not in 2 to3 months. I will never contack this company after bad treatment like this... read more
My Dr. referred me to this location, and I saw Dr. Alkahido. He was very nice and explained why I was having eye problems. I also had an eye exam, and everyone I dealt with was great! I went back a month later for a followup appt. I hope to return there when my next eye exam is due!
The doctors have been great so far, but most of the other staff are exceedingly rude. I first called to make an appointment last year sometime, after a referral by my primary care doctor to see a specific doctor at the clinic for some eye issues and to discuss how my medical history affects my eye health. The scheduler was very rude, first giving me an appointment and not telling me it was with a different provider: good thing I asked, to clarify.
