What kind of facility schedules an appointment with a new patient... Verbally confirms over the phone with the patient that they ARE in network with your insurance... Schedule an appointment like 4 days later... Has the patient fill out all the necessary paperwork when they do come in for their appointment... Patient waits 15 minutes or so just to be told that THEY JUST VERIFIED that they were not in network with your insurance... Like seriously?
Great office and staff! They're always so personable and have wonderful bed side etiquette. Been going here a few years now, and couldn't imagine trusting anyone else!!
The quality of care from the doctors is good; however, the front office and billing departments are extremely poor. Their phone lines are unreliable, and reaching someone when needed is nearly impossible.
Friendliest staff from the front door to everyone I saw going to a room! I was seen promptly, taken care of kindly and respectfully, made my appointment to return, and left within 30 minutes!
