I ran into an emergency and called to leave a message overnight. I got a call back right after they opened the next morning. They were able to slide me in that day and Dr. Tibbits and staff were able to diagnose the issue and fix it expertly and at a fair price. I have gone to Dr. Tibbits for several years now and overall it has been the best dental experience I've ever had.
Dr Tibbits- a real genuine man, always makes me feel at home, professional and fun. Love the headsets and teamwork at the Murrieta office. Just had a cleaning with Jeanne and Sydney in Temecula- great dentist office, filled with wonderful people.
The staff is friendly and cheerful! The dentist was a pleasure to speak with and I felt very comfortable with minimal anxiety. I was going to get an extraction with a long time tooth decay but the dentist told me he can save it. The process took an hour and everything went smoothly. The neat thing is I came in yesterday for an emergency tooth extraction bc my tooth chipped off, but there was no dentist there bc it was pretty late, but they got me in at 9am the next day! After 45 years with the best DDS in So Cal-and possibly the West Coast, my husband-DDS passed away. I relocated to Temecula. On a Groupon I came to Legacy in Temecula for a cleaning and realized I’d hit the jackpot of exceptional, professional hygienists. DDS, not so invested.
