David at the front desk was so genuine, honest, and kind and so easy to discuss the billing side of our visit. Dr Cho was generous with his time and so compassionate. I called late on a Friday and he fit me in as a new patient and performed an emergency procedure at no extra cost so that my pain level would be minimized. I also learned that my other "in network" dentist was overcharging me for everything! The quote I had received elsewhere was around $1300 MORE for the same procedure and I had to wait 2 weeks to get it done.... read more

I appreciate that my hygienist took the time to walk me through each step of the cleaning and explain the reasoning behind everything done. Dr. Sean also provided a helpful second opinion when I mentioned a treatment plan that another dental clinic had presented me.
