I had a great first experience there. But just today the “manager” of rescheduling (in advance) was very inconsiderate of my financial situation by stating “you are making me lose production” and hung up on me. I had an appt in December then I’m told I have to redo my scans again which will cost over $200 for my 6 month cleaning?? I work in healthcare and that is not how you handle a patient’s financial situation. Sadly I will not be coming back because I feel now uncomfortable. Great service.
I definitely am a person that has dental anxiety which I'm sure most people do, I moved to Texas about 5 years ago and have been to many dentists and none have made me feel as important and comfortable as legacy dental. I am excited to start this journey with them and as my new dental family and I do want to give a special shout-out to Joseph who stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes my first call make me feel very comfortable. The whole team is amazing.
The hygienists and dentists here are awesome. My wife and I have been going here for many years and we are very happy with our care and how we are treated. Highly recommend
