I suffer from really bad "white coat syndrome" and everyone at Legacy Dental considers that and they make my visits as brief and as pleasant as possible. I appreciate how understanding they are. They are also very thorough and efficient in taking care of my dental needs. They also personalize my specific needs and concerns without trying to break my bank account. They understand and are there to give the best care at "your" pace.
I went in for a routine dental cleaning and my gums had been feeling sore, my dental tech was so nice and gentle during my appointment. The doctor came in and said he can polish a few front appearing teeth to make them appear brighter and it would be a quick appointment, which I am looking forward to. I felt listened to and taken care of and can’t wait to come back for my polish.
Hygienist Courtney was great. Your front office staff is miserable. No greeting. Just miserable. Seems like you’re bothering her. She’s this way every time I go. Terrible presence for your office/reputation.
