Absolutely awful. Refused to work with my insurance who offered to cover the procedure and was just asking for more information as to why it was necessary. After refusing to say putting a crown on a tooth with exposed nerves was due to pain and not cosmetic, they instead demanded I pay out of pocket when I had paid my portion in cash the day of the procedure. The agent from the insurance called them with me on the phone and hilarity ensued as they were unbelievably ignorant and rude to her as well as I listened. The receptio... read more
