Legacy processed a half angus half waygu steer for my father and I and everything was fine except for the hamburger meat. Every. single. one. of the packages is full of small bones and you can hardly even eat it because of that. What seemed to be a good purchase turned into a giant waste of money as I had to throw all the meat away due to the risk of my kids breaking a tooth.

Always had great service here. I have a very specific cut sheet for my wagyu customers and they always accommodate. They will always call with any questions even on the line to make sure the order is correct. They are wonderful!!

I couldn’t be more pleased after picking up my order of beef from Legacy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Boxes and packages were organized, sealed and labeled very well. They knocked it out of the park with my caveman blend and steaks. Top notch experience all around. I’ll be doing all of my processing with them.

Picked up a side of beef from Legacy this morning, and could not be more pleased with the quality of the processing, and the organization of the packaging. The staff was friendly and helpful. All of the packages were clearly labeled, cut to order, and perfectly sealed! I highly recommend using Legacy for your processing needs! Cheers!
