Do NOT use Legacy Septic & Excavation for Inspection. They are unprofessional, poorly run, and use shady business practices. I only used this company because they could fit us in quickly - rescheduled 4 times, then couldn't find what they needed so left and gave an incomplete Inspection. When I tried to get them to go back and complete the inspection they wanted at least $150, but as much as $1000 may be charged. In the end I just paid them to stop the madness, it turns out the inspection price is twice their competitors' ... read more
