Watch our for the bait, hook and switch! Lure you in with a low price try and get you to sign a contract.Then any modifications to contract would be done as change orders where they can jack up prices. We started with Jose then he was too busy so we got pawned off to a guy we never met to revise our contract due to our changes. He didn't know what was going on but came back with a much more expensive quote and blamed me for being confused on what the original quote was for. They wasted my time!!! Contacted them 2 months ago for a quote for an extension in my house. Ted kept giving me the run around for an estimate. It feels like I’m begging him for a job I would be paying out of pocket for. It’s a simple yes or no from the get go and we both move on. Communication is bad! Sometimes it’s a blessing we didn’t go with them. Who knows what would have happened down the line!
Legacy Construction recently completed a project involving demolition of our thirty year old wooden deck that was becoming quite the eye sore, rebuilding the foundation of the deck, and installing composite decking complete with aluminum railings and LED lighting. As evidenced by all the compliments we’ve been getting by friends and family, they did a great job and I would highly recommend their services.
