I have had a fantastic experience living in the Legacy. Quiet, clean, and affordable. I have more than enough space in my condo. All the appliances are up to date. The membership at Prairie Links Golf Course is such a great perk. I can play golf as a member and use the private pool in the summers.
I moved here from Chicago very recently and it was the perfect introduction to Iowa. The amenities are great and the units themselves are lovely. The access to the neighborhood country club which grants access to a golf course and pool were huge perks. Very accessible and close to retail and businesses. Management is extremely responsive which is really important. We are really enjoying our place.
What a great place!! Very comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need for a long stay. The hosts are extremely flexible and easy to work with. If you have a reason to be un the area, I highly recommend this as a place to stay
