WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We made the biggest mistake of choosing this apartment. When it was time to move out, they unfairly kept our entire security deposit and added numerous random charges, including charging us for a simple fused bulb. The apartment’s bulbs are always burned out within a week, yet we were billed for them at move-out. The service level, before and after signing a lease, is outstanding at Legacy Concord. Recently had a life event which warranted a visit to the office. Jessica handled the necessary paperwork and, as always, I knew the matter was dealt with accurately. Expect nothing short of the best here. A quality community with exceptional sales (aka Leasing Consultants) AND service (aka Maintenance Engineers, Leasing Office Staff, and Property Managers). Stop Looking And Start Living !!

Been here for a few years and the location is great in concord. Close to many grocery stores concord mills and restaurants. Amenities are great and the staff are very nice.
