I have lived at Legacy for two years and I can’t say enough good things about this complex. We were initially comforted about the property due to our leasing agent living on site. It says a lot about a property when agents live where they work! Every maintenance inquiry is fixed by the friendly and professional crews within a few days. Some maintenance workers also live on site and constantly drive around, ready to help and keep the property clean. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility and poor service from the management team. I scheduled a tour for 5:30 PM, which was the only viewing time listed. I called well ahead of time to inform them that I would be running late due to my commute, they refused to accommodate a 15-minute extension, citing strict closing hours. I’d like to start off my complaint by stating the office never answers their phone, they are rude, and unprofessional. Everything with the office is “we’re in meetings or we’re in showings.” I lived right by the office and I know how many “new residents” would come for showings, and it wasn’t enough to never be able to get an answer back same day. Very clean & responsive staff for the most part. My only problem comes with the gym. I’ve pointed out some broken equipment and they haven’t fixed it. It’s been broken for some weeks now. Everything else— peace, neighbors, space, the actual apartment—is working fantastically.
I lived at legacy concord for two years and everything felt like they were trying to take my money. Random car boots with a good registration and penalties for having my trash can out overnight when the trash guy doesn't come until 10 or 11 pm. Living here always had me worried what's next . I don't advise living here
