I lived in Legacy Concord for 5 years and I loved it there. The location is excellent, close to interstate and lots of shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the area is safe. Personally, I never encountered any issues related to crime. Staff is awesome and maintenance requests are handled expeditiously. If you're looking for a great place that's affordable, look no further. This place checks all the boxes.
It is decent but for almost the same price I was able to find much better. Feedback from existing tenants was a turn off
Falling apart and poorly managed
Management busy posting videos on social media. Paid to break contract and moved out. Save yourself the trouble and look elsehwere
Poor maintenance. Dishwashers do not clean and rather than replace they just attempt to service.
