Been here for a few years and the location is great in concord. Close to many grocery stores concord mills and restaurants. Amenities are great and the staff are very nice.
Love our apartment. The staff is very helpful and always has great communication. We feel safe and comfortable walking our dog. The pool area is nice and having the grills are very convenient. They also do a lot of events for the residents which makes us feel special.
I just moved out from Legacy and the past 3 years with them have been phenomenal. The leasing team and maintenance team are top tier and will work to resolve your issues efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with some super dog friendly people. I already miss living here!
