Bad Administration, No one knows nothing, hard to speak over the phone. I sent 3 mssg over the patient portal, and I don't get any answers. I have been a patient there for over 2 years, and lately, this has been happening.

I’ve been a client before they were at this location, it’s been that long. Over the years I’ve discovered a few things. Overall the service is satisfactory. The issue is they have employees that have been at this location for a long long time. This creates two outcomes. Humility, gratitude, mastery of the client base they serve or, arrogance, mediocrity and complacency and poor judgement. Very poor customer service. The people in front who set appointments they act like they the ones who will see the patient, 0 customer service I when somewhere they took care of me on the spot

Visited this location for some testing. Was feeling pretty nervous about it, but I had a great interaction with Lorena that quickly helped. She was positive and friendly throughout our interaction. Thank you for that.
