Second time coming to this location and everything always go smooth and fast in here loved the professional staff and doctors thank you!
A loved one was seen by Dr. Darlinda Minor (Psychiatrist) and described the treatment as if it were a cell phone service customer service call. No trace of empathy or care. She was 5 minutes late to the virtual appointment with no remorse or comment on the matter.
This review is primarily for their “PCP” Maria Smith, PA & behavioral health team - Especially that of Luis de la Rosa Vasquez. The lack of understanding and communication within this care group is borderline pathetic. Since initially seeing Maria for a multitude of conditions and attending to build a care plan, she was quick to push me aside. When seeking help with adult ADHD i was then referred to psychiatry.
