I had an excellent experience at Legacy Community Health (Northside Irvington) throughout my entire pregnancy. The care I received was consistently professional, compassionate, and attentive. The providers and staff always made me feel comfortable, listened to, and well cared for during every visit. Because of the amazing care I received, I’ve chosen to continue my postpartum care at this clinic, and I have also trusted them to be the pediatric provider for my baby. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my 4-day-old newborn to this office while recovering from a C-section, on pain medication, and with two other small children; which already took a huge amount of effort, planning, and help just to get there on time. After I checked in, I was casually told the doctor was 1 hour and 30 minutes behind and asked if I was “okay with that?” No phone call. No warning. Nothing. Let me be clear - that is not okay. Merecen 5 y mas estrellas de mi parte♥️ Recomiendo mucho este lugar, ahí voy a mis controles prenatales cada mes, todo el personal es muy amable, desde los front desk, las señoritas muy amables tod@s, lo digo como asistente dental que soy actualmente, sé que son dos cosas muy diferentes pero sé cómo se tratan a los pacientes y ellos lo hacen muy excelente su trabajo y el Dr Mark Kosanovich es una increíble persona, es muy paciente, se le tota como ama trabajar con mucha profesionalidad, contesta amablemente todas mis pregunt... read more
