I’ve been on a waitlist to see a psychiatrist for what feels like forever. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
I’ve been on hold for over 45 minutes three times just trying to get a referral from one Legacy clinic to the next. Called their “compliance” number got a voicemail there too. They refused to give my pediatrician information on the new physician that their office switched us to so a Tricare referral could be done. The Baytown office was always super helpful but the Deer Park office has been a nightmare before we’ve ever stepped in it. RecommendedI always have had a good experience here with all reception and the Dr that I see is very attentive and he takes the time to listen and ask me questions.
this place is a joke. Dr Clark quit over a month ago. I have called telling them my son is almost out of medication and they keep giving a run around. but people call after me and get in to see a doctor.

RecommendedDr. Lantz is a very caring doctor with the best listening skills of any doctor I have seen in an extremely long time. I really like him. The rest of the staff is excellent and professional as well. the layout of the office is unique.
